1. Introduction & Commitment to Privacy

Oware 2048 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile applications:

• Oware 2048: Neural Mancala (Package ID: com.oware2048.app)
• Void Sower: Kinetic Mancala (Package ID: com.voidsower.app)

We believe player privacy is a fundamental human right. This Privacy Policy outlines our transparent practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you download, install, or play any of our games on Android or other supported platforms.

2. Information We Collect

A. Local On-Device Game Data

All primary gameplay progress, campaign achievements, and customized preferences are stored exclusively on your device's sandboxed local storage:

• In Oware 2048 (com.oware2048.app):
  • Player Profile: Custom pilot handle/name and chosen avatar icon.
  • Game Progress: Highest synthesized tile value, high scores, campaign chapter stars (1–3 stars per level), and region unlocks.
  • Inventory & Settings: Undo token balances, solver hint tokens, theme visual styles, audio/haptic toggles, and animation speeds.
• In Void Sower (com.voidsower.app):
  • Pilot Dossier: Custom call sign handle, insignia, and combat telemetry records.
  • Campaign Progress: Sector liberation stars across the Kilwa Nebula Basin, wave records, galactic high scores, and codex unlocks.
  • Fleet Hangar Inventory: Unlocked dreadnought hulls (MK-I Bastion, MK-II Monsoon Vanguard, MK-III Singularity Sovereign), weapon module configurations, and capacitor ring parameters.
  • Preferences: SoundPool volume, harmonic pitch-scaling, haptic impulse sequences, and camera shake intensity.

B. Anonymous Technical Diagnostics & Crash Reports

To maintain native C++17 EnTT engine stability and 16 KB memory page alignment across thousands of Android device models, we may collect anonymous crash diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics):

• Device hardware specifications (e.g. CPU architecture, RAM capacity, GPU renderer model).
• Operating system version (e.g. Android 14, Android 15, Android 16).
• Symbolicated native C++ stack traces and crash timestamps.
• Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII), biometric identifiers, or GPS coordinates are ever collected or processed.

C. Advertising & Monetization Disclosures

• Free-to-Play Tier: The free tier of our games may display non-intrusive banner, interstitial, or user-initiated rewarded video ads (powered by Google AdMob). Ad networks may collect standard pseudonymous advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID) to serve ads strictly subject to your consent preferences.
• Pro Lifetime Upgrades (One-Time Non-Consumable Purchases):
  • Oware 2048 Pro ($0.99 USD): Permanently deactivates all advertising SDKs, unlocks infinite undo bank, and provides unlimited AI solver hints.
  • Void Sower Pro Lifetime ($1.29 USD): Permanently deactivates all advertising SDKs, unlocks predictive lance trajectory telemetry, and awards the exclusive MK-III Singularity Sovereign hull.
  When upgraded to Pro, third-party advertising SDKs are completely suppressed. All financial transactions are processed securely by the Google Play Billing System; we never see, receive, or store your payment card details.
• Zero Predatory Mechanics: We do not offer loot boxes, gacha gambling mechanics, or recurring monthly subscriptions.

3. Consent Management (GDPR, CCPA & IAB TCF v2.2)

For players residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California:

• We integrate the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK) to request explicit, granular consent before loading non-essential advertising or analytics.
• You can review, modify, or withdraw your consent choices at any time directly in each game by navigating to Settings > Privacy & Legal > Consent Preferences.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families)

All titles published by Oware 2048 Inc. comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Developer Program Policies:

• We implement the Tag for Under Age of Consent (TFUA) and COPPA flags.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions). If an underage user is indicated, all behavioral tracking and personalized ads are strictly blocked.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion Instructions (GDPR / CCPA)

You retain complete autonomy over your personal and gameplay data:

• Instant Self-Service In-App Wipe:
  • In Oware 2048: Open the app > Settings > Privacy & Legal > Reset All Game Data.
  • In Void Sower: Open the app > Settings > Privacy & Legal > Reset All Game Data.
  This immediately purges all locally stored player profiles, high scores, campaign progression, and token inventories from your device.
• Cloud Identity Deletion: If you linked a Google Sign-In account or Google Play Games Services profile and wish to permanently erase any server-synced cloud backups and player identifiers, email our support team with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

6. Security & Data Retention

Any telemetry or diagnostic data transmitted in transit is secured using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption protocols. Diagnostic crash logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are automatically purged.
