1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or playing any video game application operated by Oware 2048 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), including:

• Void Sower: Kinetic Mancala (Package: com.voidsower.app)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or play our games.

2. Proprietary Software License & Intellectual Property

A. Limited End-User License: Oware 2048 Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play our games on authorized mobile devices solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

B. Intellectual Property Rights: Our games, including their underlying source code, native C++17 engine architectures, EnTT Entity Component Systems, procedural generation algorithms, Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS) solvers, graphic artwork, fragment shaders, sound design, animations, trademarks, and distinctive Afrofuturist branding, are the proprietary intellectual property of Oware 2048 Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

C. Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the games without prior express written authorization from Oware 2048 Inc. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are strictly reserved.

3. In-App Purchases & Lifetime Pro Licenses

A. Non-Consumable Lifetime Upgrades: Each game offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (or local currency equivalent determined by Google Play):

• Oware 2048 Pro ($0.99 USD): Unlocks 100% ad-free gameplay, infinite undo rewind bank, unlimited AI hints, and full step-by-step MCTS algorithmic solver playback across all grid dimensions (4x4, 5x5, 6x6).
• Void Sower Pro Lifetime ($1.29 USD): Unlocks 100% ad-free combat, unlimited predictive lance trajectory telemetry, and the exclusive MK-III Singularity Sovereign dreadnought hull with enhanced capacitor flux.

B. Zero Recurring Subscriptions: There are NO recurring fees, hidden microtransactions, or automatic renewal subscriptions. Once purchased, your Pro upgrade is yours permanently.

C. Purchase Restoration: If you switch devices, upgrade your phone, or reinstall the game, you can restore your Pro entitlements at any time by tapping "Restore Purchases" inside the in-game Settings without paying again.

D. Billing & Refunds: All payments are securely processed by the Google Play Billing System under Google Play's standard Terms of Service and refund policies.

4. User Conduct & Fair Play

You agree not to use unauthorized third-party software, memory injection tools, game modifiers, bots, or exploits to manipulate leaderboards, campaign star ratings, high scores, or local token inventories.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAMES AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. OWARE 2048 INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OWARE 2048 INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE GAMES.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be published on this portal with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued play of our games following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding agreement to the modifications.
